Swing clamps with inductive position monitoring

Bottom flange type

Inductive proximity switches are used for position monitoring. They are installed in the body of the swing clamp.

The control cap for activation of the proximity switches is connected to the clamping arm to enable permanent position monitoring of the clamping arm.

Electric connection is made by a right angle plug directly at the housing of the swing clamp.

Alternatively the clamping modules contain clamps or swing clamps with the corresponding support elements. The universal clamping plate is equipped with a modulog interface in the centre, so that it can be easily mounted on other modulog modules - as for example lifting modules.

Position-flexible fixture clamps can additionally clamp and support a workpiece, which is already positioned and clamped in fixed stops, at unstable workpiece sections.

Due to their compact design they can be arranged in a very limited space.

The modulog clamping module consists of 2 hydraulic clamping elements, which are

connected by hydraulic hoses to a screw pump. For each clamping element a corresponding fixed stop can be positioned on the universal clamping plate.

The universal clamping plate is equipped with a modulog interface in the centre, so that it can be easily mounted on other modulog modules - as for example lifting modules.

Hydraulic hoses 250/500 bar ready for connection

Completely pressed high-pressure hoses with nominal diameter 4 and 6 with mounted union nut.

The new data sheet F 9.361 replaces data sheet F 9.360, since the versions with pipe sockets with removable cutting ring and union nut are no longer allowed for safety reasons.

now for bore hole diameter 9.3 – 12.3 mm,

3 different clamping inserts

Due to the small dimensions at the effective point and the compact design direct clamping in recesses e.g. of cast parts is possible.

Also workpieces with raised parts right next to the bore to be clamped are suitable.
