-1 Römheld works together with other companies in the same group and partner companies and sales partners, in order to offer its customers the best products. In this case, both personal and non-personal data necessary for effective cooperation will be passed on. If such data is passed on, Römheld will oblige the third party companies to handle the data received with absolute confidentially and to only use it for the purpose specified by the respective contractual relationship.

5. Miscellaneous:

-1 The user agrees to the storage and processing of all data entered by them within the scope of the contract execution. You can revoke this consent at any time by eMail to support@roemheld.de with effect for the future.

-2 The data will be handled confidentially, according to the legal requirements.

-3 The user agrees to Römheld sending unencrypted eMails. This also applies, in particular, to eMails containing the user's personal data.

-4 On our websites “cookies” and other logging procedures are used (in selected areas) to guarantee the functionality of our internet services. A “cookie”” is a little text file which is used amongst others to gather information with reference to the use of a web site.
